1. Scope

This Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through the Drug Index Vet mobile application, including subscriptions, in-app purchases, digital content, and any physical goods (if applicable).

By making a purchase, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Use.

2. Digital Products & Subscription Services

2.1 Nature of Service

• Free access supported by advertisements and/or in-app credits
• Paid subscriptions for premium features

2.2 No Refund Policy

All subscriptions and digital purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or platform policies.

Users are provided free access mechanisms (ads and/or credits) to evaluate the service prior to purchase.

2.3 Platform-Based Billing

If you subscribe via platforms such as Google Play Store:

• Payments are processed by the respective platform
• Refund requests must be made directly through that platform
• Cancellation and billing are subject to platform terms

2.4 Subscription Cancellation

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends
• Users must manage or cancel subscriptions through app store settings

3. In-App Currency, Rewards & Gifts

• Virtual goods, credits, and rewards have no monetary value
• They are non-transferable and non-refundable

Physical gifts (if offered):

• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• May require users to pay shipping/courier charges

4. Promotions, Contests & Eligibility

• Offers are valid only for users located in India unless stated otherwise
• Participation outside India is void by default

5. Physical Goods (If Applicable)

5.1 Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days from delivery.

5.2 Eligibility Conditions

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

• Digital/downloadable products
• Gift cards and promotional items
• Perishable goods
• Personalized items
• Single-use materials

6. Refund Conditions (Physical Goods Only)

• Full refunds for eligible returns
• Partial refunds for:
  • Visible use
  • Missing parts not due to our error
  • Damage after delivery
  • Returns after 30 days

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

7. Shipping & Risk

• Users are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Trackable shipping is recommended
• We are not responsible for lost returns

8. Exchanges

Delays may occur due to financial institutions.

10. Compliance with Platform Policies

This Policy complies with Google Play payment and refund guidelines. In case of conflict, platform rules will prevail.

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall fall under Indian courts.
